Felipe Jaque Sarro

Felipe Jaque is the Chief Economist and Head of Research at Grupo Security. In this role he manages a team of 8 economists and equity analysts producing daily, weekly and monthly publications on the international and local fixed income and equity markets.

Prior to joining Grupo Security he worked as Head of Research at Larraín Vial (a Chilean investment bank). He has also served as Principal Economist at Grupo BBVA, BBVA Research Chile and as Head of International Analysis and Forecast Group at the Banco Central de Chile.

Mr. Jaque earned a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile, graduating with distinction on both degrees.
