João Vitor da Silva

João Vitor da Silva is an experienced IT support analyst currently working at Grupo Sifra since June 2022, where responsibilities include providing external customer support and resolving operational issues within systems. Prior to this role, João served as a TI instructor at Millenium Tecnologia from January 2021 to May 2022, focusing on planning and conducting IT classes while developing instructional materials and offering individual support to students.
