Mileia Haga

Mileia Haga is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including logistics, private equity, and banking. Currently serving as the Superintendente de Gente e Gestão at Grupo Sifra since May 2022, Mileia previously held significant roles such as HR Director at IS Entrega, where union negotiations and reward programs were key contributions. Prior to that, Mileia was HR Consultant at Acqua Capital, supporting HR for invested companies, and also held HR Director positions at Click SA and Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on organizational restructuring and workforce optimization.
