Ruben Fernandez Cabello is an experienced IT field technician with a career spanning over a decade in various technical support and systems administration roles. Currently serving as a Técnico de campo de TI at Grupo Solutia since October 2019, Ruben has previously provided first-level technical support at Servicios informáticos para el carburante SA and has held roles involving server management and network configuration at KoreContact and ICCS - Contact Center. From April 2011 to December 2017, Ruben worked at Arvato, managing over 400 operational workstations and 50 servers for multiple campaigns, and earlier experience at Qualytel Teleservices included supporting over 400 user devices and managing server domains. Ruben holds a degree in ITIL V4 from PeopleCert.
