Mario García Marañón has extensive experience in trade marketing and communication across various sectors. Currently serving as a Trade Marketing Executive at Grupo VARMA since August 2022, Mario specializes in developing trade marketing strategies for premium brands such as Bollinger and Ron Barceló Imperial. Prior to this role, Mario worked at Marqués de Murrieta Estates & Wines as a Marketing and Communication Executive and at beon. worldwide as an Advertising Account Manager. Mario began a career in advertising at Grupo SÖRENSEN before gaining foundational experience in media production at TVE. Mario holds a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and multiple academic qualifications, including a Master's in Communication and Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Additionally, Mario studied public relations and communication in Finland through the Erasmus program.
