Miguel Chavez is an experienced project and maintenance manager with a career spanning over two decades in the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Corporate Project Manager and Corporate Maintenance Coordinator at Grupo Zucarmex since April 2012, Miguel is responsible for developing and managing productive maintenance programs across four sugar mills. Previously, roles included Deputy Plant Manager and Project Manager at GEA Group, where significant achievements included process improvements and financial oversight that led to increased project margins. Earlier experience encompasses positions as Project Engineer at Grupo Mabarak and Process Engineering Chief at Industrial Torres Marmex, emphasizing project development and production process enhancements.
