Carlos A. Rivera-Pérez

Carlos A. Rivera-Pérez has a solid work experience in the healthcare industry. Carlos A. started their career at MMM Holdings LLC in 2005, where they held the roles of QSP Supervisor and QSP Manager. In these positions, they focused on retention strategies and achieved a significant reduction in membership loss. After their tenure at MMM Holdings LLC, Carlos joined Triple-S Advantage in 2007 as a Sales Director. Here, they directed 10 sales regional offices and was responsible for the strategic direction of 450 representatives. Their efforts resulted in a membership growth of 8%. In 2017, Carlos moved to Triple-S as Vice President of Sales. Currently, they manage a team of more than 140 representatives and managers, overseeing the sales operations in various regions. Carlos has a proven track record of achieving sales goals and implementing effective strategies to drive growth in the healthcare industry.

Carlos A. Rivera-Pérez earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras in 2004. Carlos A. also obtained certifications in Property and Casualty, Disability, and Health from the Office of the Insurance Commissioner in the years 2015, 2013, and 2012 respectively.
