Idalis Hernandez

Idalis Hernandez has experience working as a Retail Sales District Manager at Claro Puerto Rico from 2006 to 2011. Idalis then went on to work at DIRECTV from 2011 to 2016, holding positions as a Customer Communications Manager and Direct Sales Manager. Currently, Idalis is employed at Triple-S, starting in August 2017, where Idalis serves as a Providers Engagement Manager and Customer Experience Analyst.
