Katherine Padilla

Katherine Padilla, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational development, currently serving as the Talent & OD Director at Triple-S since 2012. Katherine has held various roles within the company, including Training & Talent Development Manager and HR Training and OD Partner. Additionally, Katherine contributed to SHRM Capitulo de PR as the Directora de la Conferencia Anual and served on the Junta de Directores at Cond. JMA from 2002 to 2014. Prior experience includes consulting at EU^Quest Talent Consulting and managing human resources and training at Bora Bora, Inc. Katherine holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico and has furthered expertise with certifications in team coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
