Martina Sardelli

Martina Sardelli is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management and development. Currently serving as HR Manager at Gruppo Animalia since December 2020, Martina previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Gruppo SYNLAB Italia, where responsibilities included personnel management, training, internal communication, onboarding, and employer branding. With a significant foundation in HR consultancy at Epoché Service Integrator Srl and a diverse range of roles in HR generalist functions, neuropsychology internship, and educational tutoring, Martina’s expertise encompasses employee development, training project management, and support for individuals with specific learning disabilities. Martina holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, and is currently pursuing an intensive HR Management program at SDA Bocconi.
