Edoardo Fistolera

Edoardo Fistolera has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and business transformation. Starting from 2005, they worked as a Senior Programmer at Accenture Italia. In 2007, they moved to Deloitte as a Consultant. From 2008 to 2012, they returned to Accenture Italia as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for CRM and mobility processes reengineering. At EY, from 2012 to 2015, they held roles as a Senior Manager and Power&Utilities CRM & Customer Operations Manager, focusing on business and IT transformation projects. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Accenture Italia as a Senior Manager, overseeing CRM and IT customer transformation, multichannel projects, campaign management, and marketing automation. Since 2019, Edoardo has served as the Chief Information and Digital Officer at Gruppo Dolomiti Energia, where they led the ICT department and digital transformation, successfully fought against cyber attacks, implemented a new organization model, and collaborated in various application development projects.

Edoardo Fistolera completed their education at various institutions. Edoardo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at POLIMI Graduate School of Management from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Business & Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 2005 and 2008. Edoardo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the same university, having completed it from 2001 to 2005. Their earliest education was at ITIS Enea Mattei from 1996 to 2001, where they studied Scienze informatiche but did not obtain a specific degree.
