Francesca Ravasi

Francesca Ravasi is an experienced HR manager currently working at Tempocasa since November 2018, where responsibilities include expanding and consolidating the HR department, coordinating a team of over 30 HR professionals across Italy, and developing national projects in collaboration with the group’s President. Prior roles include serving as an HR business partner to develop a pilot project for Tempocasa agencies, and various HR support positions at Roche, focusing on change management and performance management practices. Francesca also has experience in training and communication through internships at Owens Corning and Brembo S.p.A., as well as a junior communication assistant role at Aynil.
