Jon Stead

Jon Stead has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jon started their career as a Store Manager at Abersoch Water Sports in 1999 and went on to work as a Sales Executive at THE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE LIMITED in 2001. Jon then joined Associated Sports Photography as a Business Development Executive in 2002. Jon later worked as a Sales and Rental Negotiator at Madryn Property Services from 2003 to 2004.

In 2005, Jon joined Robertson Geologging where they held multiple roles including Technical Sales Executive and Senior Technical Sales Executive. Jon eventually became the Europe & Africa Regional Sales Manager, responsible for business development and sales performance in their territory. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the RG Group’s Global Sales Manager and ensured the group consistently exceeded sales targets.

In 2016, Jon joined Conwy County Borough Council as a Business Development professional. Jon focused on revenue generation by promoting council services and advising other departments on effective promotion strategies. In 2017, they moved on to Coleg Llandrillo, Grwp Llandrillo-Menai where they became the Project Development Lead for Commercial & International Operations. Jon managed tender/bid growth and submissions, as well as international operations to source and secure new commercial revenue streams for the institution.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, marketing, and building strong business relationships.

Jon Stead attended the University of South Wales from 1999 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and successfully obtained a BA Hons.
