Gonzalo Fernandez

Gonzalo Fernandez has extensive experience in the construction and property management industries. Currently serving as a Superintendent at GRYCON, LLC since February 2019, Gonzalo previously worked as a Superintendent at Tekton Construction, Corp from March 2018 to February 2019, specializing in structural concrete. From August 2013 to August 2015, Gonzalo held the position of General Manager at Expert Plumbing Corp., focusing on oil-to-gas boiler conversions in multi-family residential buildings in New York City. Additional experience includes serving as a Property Manager at Genesis Realty Group LLC from April 2007 to August 2015, overseeing commercial and residential properties, and as President of Two Brothers Construction, LLC from May 2002 to August 2015, where Gonzalo specialized in general contracting for new construction and renovations. Gonzalo earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business between 2004 and 2006.
