Sean O'Brien has had a diverse range of work experiences. Sean started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Topanemus in 2008, and then worked as a Bus Boy/Food Runner at McLoone's Restaurants in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, Sean worked as a Sales Associate/Maintenance Worker at Super Foodtown, where they provided customer service and performed basic maintenance tasks. In 2012, they joined Providence College, initially as a Research Assistant in the Sociology & Social Work Department, where they handled administrative tasks and proofread codes of conduct. Sean then became an Assistant to the Director of Business Services, where they worked directly with the Director and managed access cards and key card locks. Sean also had roles as a Music Director at WDOM 91.3 Providence College Radio and as a Guitarist in the PC Pep Band during their time at Providence College. In 2014, Sean worked as a Reporter at Star News Group/Night & Day Magazine. Sean then became a Web Production Manager at Star News Group/Coast Star, Ocean Star, Night & Day Magazine in 2015, where they organized and managed website content. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Development Representative at ZeroTurnaround, where they helped JAVA development teams maximize their efficiency and productivity. Sean later became a Senior Account Executive at ZeroTurnaround before joining Gryphon.ai in 2017 as a Client Services Account Manager, where they managed client accounts. Sean then took on the role of Senior Client Success and Support Manager at Gryphon.ai and recently became a Customer Support Team Lead. Sean's work experience demonstrates their versatility and adaptability in various industries and roles.

Sean O'Brien completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology & American Studies from Providence College from 2010 to 2014.
