Deidre O'Donohue

Deidre O'Donohue has over 20 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Deidre began their career in 1998 as a Senior HR Associate at Arthur Andersen. In 2004, they started working as an Executive Assistant at A.T. Kearney Executive Search, and then moved to Edward W Kelley & Partners in the same role. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at the Carlyle Group as an Executive Assistant, followed by a Senior HR Associate and Supervisor role at Allstate from 2011 to 2014. Deidre then moved to the University of Chicago Medicine as an HR Project Specialist from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Morgan Samuels as Head of People Operations and Administrative Manager, and then in 2023, they became the HR & Operations Manager at Gryphon Scientific LLC.

Deidre O'Donohue's education history includes an Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General from Fox College in 2000-2001. Deidre has also attended DePaul University for Organizational Development and Whitney Young High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Dare to Lead Trained in November 2019 and PI Practitioner Certification from The Predictive Index in February 2019.
