Alison DeBenedictis has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. Alison most recently worked at G&S Business Communications, starting as an Art Director and eventually becoming the VP of Creative. In this role, they oversaw the creative direction for multiple high-profile clients, developed branding for new products, and led successful marketing and advertising campaigns. Prior to this, Alison owned a business called Sprocket and Lloyd, where they created custom portraits and illustrations. Alison also worked as a Freelance Creative Director, providing design, strategy, and creative direction for various clients. Additionally, Alison served as the Executive Creative Director at Hearst Magazines, overseeing the creative direction for their Men's Group. Alison established a cross-platform creative group and managed the design and production of marketing materials. Alison also worked as a Senior Art Director at Quidsi Inc., managing the creative direction of six eCommerce sites and leading a team of designers. Earlier in their career, they worked at Conde Nast as an Art Director and Senior Designer and at DailyCandy, Inc as a Lead Designer and Advertising Production Manager/Designer. Alison began their career as a Creative Assistant at J.Crew, focusing on store communications and internal marketing.
Alison DeBenedictis pursued their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
