Abdelkrim Meghriche is currently the CEO and Founder of Key Talent Partners, a global recruitment agency specializing in selecting suitable candidates from middle management to C Level executives. With a background as an HR Manager at GS E&C and Head of Human Resources Department at Algerian Qatari Steel, Abdelkrim has a wealth of experience in managing staffing processes, developing training materials, creating compensation strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, as a Ph.D. student in Human Resources Development, Abdelkrim continues to expand their knowledge and expertise in the field.
