Ryan Youngmin Chin

Ryan Youngmin Chin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President at GS E&C since May 2005, Chin has previously held significant roles such as Project Handover Manager and Project Wide Design Manager at Spark North East Link Tunnels D&C from October 2021 to November 2024. Prior to that, Chin was the Section Chief for Port and Harbor consultancy at Saman Corporation from March 1998 to May 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Civil Engineering, both from Seoul National University, attended from 1992 to 1998.
