Seung-Hwan Lee (SH)

Seung-Hwan(SH) Lee is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the HR Planning Team Lead at GS E&C since September 2011, overseeing executive personnel, organizational restructuring, performance management, and leadership. Previously, Seung-Hwan held various leadership roles within GS E&C, including OD/L&D Team Lead and Human Resources Manager, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and HR due diligence. Prior to GS E&C, Seung-Hwan worked with CJ CheilJedang and CJ Corporation, contributing to global HR strategies and organizational diagnostics. Early career experience at LG Electronics involved planning and operational support for overseas HR systems. Seung-Hwan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Korea University.
