Francois Bouchard

Francois Bouchard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the grocery and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Subscriber Engagement at GS1 Canada since August 2018, Francois oversees various departments including Subscriber Engagement, Data Governance, and Service Optimization. Previously, Francois founded and managed OnlineGrocer.ca, operating three e-commerce platforms from September 1995 to December 2020, and served as President/Owner of The Country Grocer until January 2019, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of supermarket management. Prior experience includes roles as Store Director at Farm Boy Inc., Market Research Specialist at Oshawa Foods, and Owner of F. Bouchard Supermarket. Francois holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Business Law from the University of Ottawa.
