Mirjam Karmiggelt

Mirjam Karmiggelt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business management and consultancy. Currently serving as CEO of GS1 Nederland since December 2020, Karmiggelt previously held the position of Transformatie manager (COO) at Karmiggelt Consultancy & Interim, focusing on organizational improvement and interim management. Prior to that, from September 2016 to February 2018, Karmiggelt was the General Director at THR Apeldoorn, where significant financial and operational improvements were achieved. Karmiggelt also served as Director of Retail, Logistics & Trade at IG&H Consulting & Interim for nearly twenty years, contributing to the firm's growth and overseeing numerous successful projects aimed at optimizing supply chains and organizational processes. Karmiggelt began a career in operations at TNT Post, following an education at Eindhoven University of Technology and IMD, where leadership and operational management were emphasized.
