Peter Stevens

Peter Stevens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at GS1 in Asia-Pacific Ltd and a member of the Health System Catalogue Evolution Steering Committee at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, Peter contributes to enhancing procurement and supply chain management. As CEO of GS1 NZ since 2004, Peter has been instrumental in global standards development. Additional roles include board member positions at Enable New Zealand and the Wellington School of Business and Government Advisory Board, among others. Peter's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Science from The University of Auckland and various governance qualifications from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
