Sean Goodwin

Sean Goodwin serves as the Chief Executive of The Mānuka Collective Ltd since August 2014, leading an organization focused on unity and growth in the honey industry following the merger of 100% Pure New Zealand Honey and Three Peaks Manuka Honey in 2022. In addition to this role, Sean holds positions as Board Chair of GS1 NZ, focusing on global standards for goods and services since August 2011, and as an Advisory Board Member at Viberi NZ Ltd since February 2015, a company dedicated to organic blackcurrants. Previously, Sean was Deputy Chair of Apiculture New Zealand from August 2015 to July 2020 and continues to serve on the board. With extensive experience in managerial positions at notable companies such as PepsiCo, Kraft Foods, and Unilever, complemented by an Executive Program from Stanford University and a Company Director's Course from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, Sean brings a diverse skill set and leadership in business and supply chain efficiency.
