Lucelena Angarita currently serves as the Director of Food Supply Chain Optimization at GS1 US. Lucelena has extensive experience in supply chain systems and standards, including leading the adoption of GS1 US Foodservice Standards for the SUBWAY® system. Previously, Lucelena held roles in major global training initiatives at Burger King Corporation and as an Information Technology Sr Business Analyst. Lucelena's background in engineering and industrial engineering from the University of Miami has equipped their with the skills needed to excel in their current role.
