Paul Nicolard

Paul Nicolard is an experienced professional with a strong background in product ownership and business analysis, currently serving as Manager of Product Owners at GS1 US since January 2017. In this role, Paul has led feature teams using Scaled Agile methodology and has been instrumental in preparing teams for Program Increment Planning. Prior to this, Paul held various titles at GS1 US, including Senior Product Owner and Associate IT Business Analyst, where responsibilities included understanding business applications like Dynamics CRM and JIRA, and collaborating with stakeholders to design requirements. Previous experience includes roles at GEODIS Freight Forwarding as a Solutions Support Analyst and Technical Support Specialist, as well as a Human Resources Intern at both GEODIS and YMCA of Metuchen-Edison-Woodbridge-South Amboy. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
