Veronika Chrascova

Veronika Chrascova is a Commercial Asset Manager for Europe at GSA - Global Student Accommodation since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing the European portfolio's commercial assets in the Retail, Office, and Leisure markets, maximizing income and enhancing portfolio value through strategic transactions. Prior to this role, Veronika held several positions at LabTech London Limited from June 2015 to December 2022, including Commercial Portfolio Associate, Asset Manager, Junior Asset Manager, and Operations Coordinator. Veronika is currently pursuing training in Commercial Real Estate with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which began in September 2021, and holds education from SPGS Levoca in Slovakia.
