Michelle Devine

Michelle Devine is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and asset management. Currently, Michelle serves as the Director of GSB Capital since March 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Development at Farfetch from July 2019 to March 2024. Previous experience includes serving as M&A Associate Director for Consumer at Grant Thornton UK LLP and M&A Associate at Opus Corporate Finance LLP. Michelle's career began as an M&A Analyst at JP Morgan and includes roles at Temporis Capital LLP and Purple Capital. Michelle earned a BBSci in Finance Honours from the University of Cape Town, focusing on Finance and Accounting.
