Fabien Brault

Fabien Brault has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Fabien started their career as an intern for TVRS during the FIFA World Cup in 1998. Fabien then worked as an analyst and event coordinator at Cossette Communication-Marketing from 2000 to 2004. Fabien joined Unilever as a sales representative and later became an account manager for RONA, Drug, and a new channel from 2004 to 2005.

In 2005, Brault joined Mars as a territory business manager and eventually became a key account manager in the impulse channel. Fabien then served as the business development manager for Metro Inc, handling food, pet food, and chocolate categories. Brault also held the role of business development manager and Quebec leader at Mars Pet Food, where they grew the business from $14M to $31M in 4 years and achieved the #1 market share position in Quebec. Fabien also successfully created the pet food category at Dollarama and Giant Tiger.

In 2014, Brault co-founded PastaBox, a startup in the ready-to-eat meal industry. The products were listed in more than 1400 stores, including Circle K, IGA, Couche-Tard, and Provigo. Fabien then joined Leclerc as a senior key account manager for Walmart Canada and Costco US from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they became the national sales manager for the US at GURU Organic Energy from 2018 to 2019.

Brault's most recent role was as the sales director for the US and Canada at Well Told Health, a Toronto-based company specializing in vitamins and supplements. Fabien was responsible for driving exponential growth and expansion at traditional retailers and within the natural channel. Brault achieved significant results, including successful US expansion at major banners and a 70% sales growth.

Currently, Brault serves as the commercial director at GSC Technologies Inc., starting in 2023.

Fabien Brault attended HEC Montréal from an unknown start year to 2002, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Economy.
