Nenuca Syquia

Nenuca started their career as an HR Information Systems Manager at JG Summit Group of Companies. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's HRIS system and providing support to HR professionals in using the system.

After a few years in this role, Nenuca transitioned to the Cisco HR Leadership Program. In this role, they worked with senior leaders to develop their leadership skills and knowledge. Nenuca also served as an innovation mentor for public and in-house innovation challenges.

After several years in the HR Leadership Program, Nenuca became an Internal Consultant - Organization Design and Effectiveness at Cisco. In this role, they consulted with senior business leaders to proactively determine implications of their strategy on their organizations. Nenuca also designed and implemented organizational redesigns to realize business and cultural transformations.

Most recently, Nenuca has been working as a design thinking coach. In this role, they have been helping organizations to improve their team collaboration and experience.

Nenuca Syquia has a MS in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco School of Management, a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizations from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Ateneo de Manila University.
