Olivier Charras

Olivier Charras is a seasoned professional in development and project management with extensive experience in investment promotion. Since May 2024, Olivier Charras has been serving as Directeur Développement at GSE. Prior to this role, Olivier Charras was a Project Director at Nord France Invest from February 2004 to May 2024, focusing on supporting site launches and expansions in Hauts-de-France. Olivier Charras began expertise in the field as Chargé de Mission at Dunkerque Promotion from March 1998 to March 2004. Olivier Charras holds a Master in Gestion Internationale from Université de Sherbrooke, completed in 1996, and also attended Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Poitiers and SKEMA Business School for foundational education.
