Ken Masker possesses extensive experience in the nuclear industry, currently semi-retired and seeking short-term opportunities in Procedure or Exam Development since June 2017. Previously, Ken served as an Initial Licensed Operator Instructor at Hyperspring since March 2016, after holding the position of Emergency Procedure Coordinator for Hyperspring LLC from February to December 2015, where responsibilities included implementing the ERG Rev 2 and developing an EOP maintenance program. Ken has held multiple roles, including NRC Exam Developer and License Operator Initial Training Instructor at Hyperspring from 2013 to 2014 and Emergency Procedure Coordinator at Constellation Energy's R.E. Ginna Nuclear Station from 2008 to 2013. Ken’s earlier career involved significant positions at Rochester Gas & Electric, including Senior License Instructor and Shift Technical Advisor, with a focus on emergency procedures and plant modifications. Ken holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an AS in Engineering Science from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
