Raffaella de Felice

Raffaella De Felice serves as a Visiting Fellow of Practice at the Government Outcomes Lab, University of Oxford, while also holding board membership at Banca Etica. As the Head of Knowledge Management and Community at GSG Impact since May 2020, Raffaella focuses on creating a global impact community for mainstreaming impact investing. Previous roles include Community Manager and Secretary General at Social Impact Agenda per l'Italia, where Raffaella represented the Italian impact investment ecosystem at the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment and coordinated the national strategy for scaling impact investments. Raffaella's advocacy work at Human Foundation emphasized social innovation and collaboration among key sectors to address social and environmental issues. Raffaella's experience also includes contributions to organizations supporting refugees, with roles such as Project Coordinator at Cittadini del Mondo and Consultant for Open Society Foundations. Raffaella holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Development Economics and International Development from Sapienza Università di Roma.
