Thor Emblem has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and facility services industry. Thor started their career at Familian in 1994, where they held roles in outside sales and sales until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at Material Supply Inc. and MSI HVAC as a manager. In 2001, Thor joined ABM Engineering Inc. as a Branch Manager, a position they held until 2018. During their time at ABM, they also served as a Branch Manager at ABM Engineering & Facility Services. In 2007, they took up the role of District Manager at OneSource Management, where they worked until 2007. Lastly, Thor served as the Past President at San Diego Building Engineers Association from 2010 onwards. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Regional Director of Operations at GSH Group.
Thor Emblem received a Certificate in Business Management from the University of California, San Diego (Extended Studies) from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2002, they also obtained a Certificate in HVAC Design from the same institution. Thor Emblem's high school education was completed at San Pasqual High School, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
