Paul Ierardi

Paul Ierardi has extensive experience in operations management within the retail and dental sectors. Paul began a notable career at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where roles included District Manager and Store Manager from June 1987 to February 2007. Following this, Paul transitioned to Dick's Sporting Goods as Store Manager from May 2007 to May 2009. Since June 2009, Paul has been with Heartland Dental, progressively advancing through various leadership positions including Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Senior Regional Administrator, and Regional Administrator, culminating in a tenure lasting until July 2025. Paul Ierardi's professional foundation includes service in the United States Marine Corps from December 1983 to April 1989.
