Paul Ierardi

Paul Ierardi is an accomplished professional in operations management with extensive experience in the dental and retail industries. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Heartland Dental since July 2025, Paul previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at the same company from February 2022 to July 2025. Paul has a long tenure at Heartland Dental, starting in June 2009 and progressing through various roles, including Regional Director of Operations and Senior Regional Administrator. Prior to this, Paul gained retail management experience as a Store Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods and held the position of District Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from June 1987 to February 2007. Paul Ierardi is a veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps from December 1983 to April 1989.
