Stella Shao

Stella Shao, PE, is a seasoned civil environmental engineer currently employed at GSI Environmental Inc. since December 2018. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Resource Specialist III at the County of Orange, OC Public Works from October 2014 to December 2018, where responsibilities encompassed tracking NPDES permit compliance, managing water quality monitoring programs, and participating in watershed management plan development. Additional roles include Staff Aid II for the County of Orange, intern at the US EPA Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board, and phytoplankton intern at the Department of Fish and Wildlife. Stella holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering Technology from Tongji University.
