Duong Thanh Hai is an experienced operations leader with a strong track record in logistics and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations at GSM - Xanh SM, Duong has successfully established the Green Bike Project, overseeing all aspects from setup to operation within two months. Previous roles include Driver Operations Manager at Lalamove, where Duong expanded the driver pool in Hanoi, and Logistics Manager for Unilever's Gro247 e-B2B platform, achieving significant cost reductions and operational improvements. With a background as Inventory Manager at Lazada eLogistics and a team leader at GSC Vietnam, Duong brings extensive expertise in workflow management, logistics optimization, and team leadership, supported by an MBA from Vietnam National University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Transport and Communications.
