Gao Tongqing

Mr. Gao Tongqing is Executive Vice President of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd., a Director and Vice President of China Mobile Communication Co., Ltd.. Mr. Gao previously served as Chairman and General Manager of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Telecom Company, Chairman and General Manager of China Telecom Jiangsu branch, Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation, and Executive Director and Executive Vice President of China Telecom Corporation Limited. He graduated from the Changchun Institute of Posts and Telecommunications with a major in telecommunications engineering, and received a doctorate degree in business administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Gao is a professor-level senior engineer with extensive experience in management and the telecommunications industry. He also serves as a member of National Advisory Committee of experts on Internet Plus, Vice President of Alliance of Industrial Internet, and Vice President of Internet Society of China.
