Pippa McDougall is an experienced professional in policy and advocacy focused on digital inclusion and women's empowerment. Currently serving as the Senior Policy and Advocacy Manager for Connected Women at GSMA, Pippa's previous roles include managing the establishment of SheTrades Hubs across Asia and Africa at the International Trade Centre and providing consulting services within the Sustainable and Inclusive Value Chain Division. Pippa has also held positions with G(irls)20 as a Global Ambassador, where notable contributions included a keynote speech at Alibaba’s Global Conference and representation at the G(irls)20 Summit in Beijing. Pippa's earlier experience features consulting work for Al Sudaniya Mentoring, legislative assistance for the Government of Canada, co-founding Students 4 Special Olympics, and internship positions in human rights advocacy and community development. Pippa holds a Master of Science in Political Economy of Emerging Markets from King's College London and has furthered education through various institutions including the University of Cambridge and Queen's University.
