Praveen Menon

Praveen Menon has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Praveen started their career as an Executive at Ganga Real Estate in 2001. After that, they worked as a Business Development Intern at LeasePlan in 2005. In 2006, they became a Business Development Executive at Mydollarstore, where they focused on fostering franchisee alliances and store setup. From 2007 to 2008, Praveen worked as a Sales Consultant at Green House Real Estate, specializing in real estate transactions in Dubai. In 2008, they founded Employee Angle, an entrepreneurial venture aimed at increasing employee engagement. In the same year, they also worked as a Partner in Sales & Leasing at Ganga REC, where they attracted and retained clients for long-term business propositions. Praveen joined Jewson in 2012 and held multiple roles, including Strategy and Business Development Consultant, Business Development Manager, and Strategic Programme Manager. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Strategic Development Manager at Saint-Gobain. In 2019, Praveen joined GSMA as a Programme Manager and later took on roles such as Acting Head of Programme - Mobile Money, Director of Operations, and currently serves as the GSMA Innovation Fund & Operations Director.

Praveen Menon completed an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing and Financial Management from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University from 2003-2007. Praveen'searlier education includes a Higher Secondary School Certification from Fr. Agnel in 1998-2000, where they studied English, Science, Mathematics, and Electronics.
