Zach White

Zach White is a Senior Insights Manager at GSMA since July 2020, leading insights and research for the Mobile for Development Digital Utilities programme, which supports urban resilience in low- and middle-income countries through digital solutions. Prior to this, Zach served as Insights Manager at Oxford Policy Management from April 2015 to June 2020, focusing on water-related projects for clients such as DFID and the World Bank. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant in the Water Portfolio, managing evaluations and public expenditure reviews in Malawi, and holding roles at WaterAid as a Research Officer and at People & Planet as a Research Consultant. Zach's career also features project assistance in environmental research and a research assistant role at the University of York. Zach holds a BA in Economics and Economic History from the University of York.
