Ryan Cort

Ryan Cort is the VP of Sales Operations and Marketing at GSMS. Ryan has also worked as an intern in Application Support at MasterCard. There, they created queries and projects for Quality Assurance to find solutions to existing issues. Ryan also created 2 innovative JIRA Dashboards (one for management and one for employees) to process their work faster and inform management of aging requests. Ryan is known as a JIRA expert and was the JIRA Dashboard Trainer who created a training document and trained 18 interns how to utilize the new dashboards. Ryan has also maintained Agile projects by filling the roll of scrum master. Additionally, they created a business case to automate a process saving $55,000 every year after two years.

Ryan Cort reports to Benjamin Hall, CEO. They work with Shad Weaver - Chief Financial Officer, David Arnold - Chief Operating Officer, and Tracie Beckwith - SVP, Human Resources.
