Tara Grodjesk

Tara Grodjesk is an accomplished leader in the spa and wellness industry, currently serving as the VP of Massage, Spa, and Wellness Products and Programs at EarthLite, LLC since April 2019. As the Founder and President of TARA Spa Therapy, Inc., established in 1989, Tara has developed a renowned natural and organic brand focusing on therapeutic efficacy and wellness. Since 1998, Tara has also worked as the Principal of Living Wellness Consulting, providing expert guidance in spa design, treatment programs, and product development. As a co-founder and Board Member Emeritus of the Green Spa Network, Tara promotes sustainability in the wellness sector. Additionally, Tara founded the Women in Leadership Forum and Women in Leadership Retreats, creating platforms for discussion and networking among female spa professionals. Educationally, Tara holds a BA with Honors in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner from the College of Natural Medicine.
