Alexandru Bosman

Alexandru Bosman has accumulated extensive experience in finance and tax compliance over the years. Currently serving as the Divisional Financial Controller and Vessel's Contract Operator at GSP Holding SA since August 2005, Alexandru Bosman manages the entire process of vessel sales, purchases, and flag changes, including the drafting and reviewing of essential documentation. Prior to this role, Alexandru Bosman worked at the Tax Directorate - ANAF from October 2001 to August 2005, where responsibilities included identifying fiscal code violations, reviewing income tax returns for fraudulent information, and investigating tax fraud and financial schemes.
