Maren Severtson

Maren Severtson has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Maren started their career as a Business Manager at Yoga Above from 2008 to 2010. Maren then worked as a Marketing Promotions Coordinator at the San Diego Tourism Authority from 2011 to 2013. During the same time, they also served as a Chorister at the San Diego Opera. From 2013 to 2015, Maren worked as an SEM/Connections Specialist at MeringCarson. Maren then joined Geary LSF in 2015 as an Associate Media Planner. Maren's most recent role is at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where they have held various positions including Communication Strategist from 2015 to 2016, Senior Communication Strategist from 2016 to 2018, and currently serves as the Communication Strategy Director.

Maren Severtson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music with a focus on Voice Performance from New York University, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Music at Rider University, specializing in Voice Performance and Pedagogy. In 2012, Maren Severtson enrolled in an Extension Program at UC San Diego, completing a Marketing Certificate with a concentration in Interactive Marketing between 2012 and 2014.
