Terry Weatherstone

Terry Weatherstone serves as a Technical Delivery Manager at Groundswell since June 2023, overseeing large-scale software development projects for federal clients. Previously, Terry owned Weatherstone Technology and held roles including Senior Manager of Professional Services at Decisions.com, where responsibilities included managing a team and developing training strategies. Past experience includes serving as Senior Scrum Master/TPM at WealthForge, Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master at GE, and Intelligence Analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, among various positions in the U.S. Army and related analyses. Terry holds a Master's in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's in Spanish from the University of Tennessee.
