Jay Mintyala

Jay Mintyala is currently working as a Sr. Materials Manager at onsemi since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at GT Advanced Technologies from 2008 to 2021, where they held various roles such as Sr. Buyer/Product Manager and Suppl Chain Manager, USA. During their time at GT Advanced Technologies, they specialized in Supply Chain management for SIC Furnaces, CVD Polysilicon Reactors, Sapphire Furnaces, and PV related products. Jay also served as a Past Product Manager/Sales for Polysilicon CVD Reactors, Hydrochlorination, and Converters, and as a Senior Buyer specializing in Electrical and Composites. Before joining GT Advanced Technologies, Jay Mintyala worked as a Managing Member at United Locating Services from 2004 to 2008.
