Adam Turner, Ph.D., DABR has a strong background in medical physics with experience in various roles. Adam currently serves as the Senior Director of Medical Physics at GT Medical Technologies, Inc. Additionally, they have worked as a Medical Physics Consultant for the same company. Prior to their current position, they were an ABR Board Certified Medical Physicist at Ironwood Cancer and Research Centers, where they provided physics support for radiation oncology treatments. Adam also worked as a Medical Physicist at Arizona Center for Cancer Care, where they supported radiation therapy treatments using Varian iX linear accelerators. Earlier in their career, they served as a Clinical Physicist Associate at the University of Arizona, focusing on treatment planning and quality assurance. Adam also conducted research as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned their Ph.D. and developed methods to assess radiation dose from computed tomography exams.

Adam Turner, Ph.D., DABR, has a strong educational background in physics and biomedical physics. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Arizona in 2006. Adam then pursued further education at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Physics in 2009, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Physics in 2011. In addition to their degrees, they have also achieved the certification of Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology from The American Board of Radiology in May 2015.
