Bogdan Tenea has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.
Bogdan started their career at AllNet in 2004 as a Network Architect and later founded their own company, GamesZone, where they served as the Founder, CTO, and CIO until 2013.
In 2013, they joined Innovation Labs Romania as a Startup Team Coach.
From 2013 to 2017, Bogdan worked at Ixia, first as a Senior Software Engineer, then as a Principal Software Engineer, and finally as a Technical Product Manager. In these roles, they contributed to the development of Ixia's testing solutions for automotive and industrial Ethernet and played a crucial role in standardizing testing protocols by their contributions to industry standards bodies.
In 2016, Bogdan joined Ixia Network Visibility Solutions as a Product Manager and later became a Senior Product Manager.
From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Crossover for Work as the VP of Technical Product Management for the crossover.com platform, where they rebuilt the platform and focused on software architecture and product management.
In 2018, they joined Trilogy as the VP of Technical Product Management and Engineering, a position they currently hold.
Most recently, in 2021, Bogdan joined GT School as the Product CTO.
Bogdan Tenea has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Bogdan then pursued further education at the same university and completed a Master's degree in IT Management from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, during this time period from 2009 to 2011, they also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București. Bogdan Tenea participated in the 10 Day MBA program at ESCP Europe Business School, earning a Participation Diploma in Business Administration. Bogdan completed their high school education at Colegiul National de Informatica "Tudor Vianu," where they obtained a General High School Degree. In terms of additional certifications, Bogdan Tenea received one in The Hardware/Software Interface from the University of Washington in October 2013.
