Rose Stella Ejimadu is an experienced professional currently serving as a Member Services Coordinator at GTA Black Women In Tech since February 2024, while also working as a Freelance Writer with Outlier since 2023. Rose has held various roles including Account Manager at Media from January 2023 to July 2024, Customer Success Manager at RMP Enterprise, and Senior Client Executive at Market Research between December 2020 and August 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Customer Care Executive and Team Lead at ASOS.com, as well as Assistant Brand Manager Marketing during an internship at Ladybird House. Earlier positions include Civil Service and Educational Tutor roles, focusing on instruction and support for students in need. Rose holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with an online course in Search Marketing.

GTA Black Women In Tech
GTA Black Women in Tech is a global non-profit organisation with local chapters in the UK, France, Ireland and Germany dedicated to building bridges of opportunities in tech by enabling black female talents to excel and companies to have access to black women of talent. We are a community of black women tech advocates of all levels and allies who support and empower diversity a Our mission is to inspire, support, connect the tech sphere to allow more black women to excel and tech companies to perform better through diversity & inclusion. We partner with companies to improve diversity at junior to board level. We advise tech companies on embedding inclusion and diversity to the DNA of their organisations and inspire black women to put themselves forward to new opportunities so they can change the dynamic in the tech space. We help organisations identify hidden bias and provide information on reducing bias and thus increasi inclusivity. To make an impact, the activities of this group will aim to run in parity of individuals. (50% black women and 50% other genders and ethnicities) Why? To change mindsets, open conversations, create new opportunities and change the status quo. We partner with organisations in the UK, Africa, France and the USA to amplify visibility and support black women entrepreneurs in tech. KEY ACTIVITIES Events: mentoring, networking, brand presentations, inspiring stories, and exchange of ideas Free support: Brand clinic designed to support tech entrepreneurs (50% of availabilities will be reserved for black women tech entrepreneurs) YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A BLACK WOMAN TO JOIN US Nothing really happens when you play safe.
